SC 2.0 in process

Here's a peek at the new cart in process. It will will feature a hand-sink, fresh water and waste water holding tanks, water pump and on-demand water heater. It will also have a propane burner system in contained in the fire-box. Above is an image of the ingredient and supply containers-they drop into the work surface for easy access.
I would prefer a wood-burning system, but I have not come up with a design that the KCMO health department will approve. But there is still an opportunity to get around this if an efficient and safe system is designed. This could be a possibility for future carts.
The frame work provides support for the exterior covering and also the many components that need to be fastened and secured on the interior. The support frame is attached to a utility trailer that has a tow hitch.
